Updation of Bio-Metric System in all Elementary, Upper Primary & secondary schools in the District - Instructions-guntur.

                          The attention of all the Deputy Educational Officers and Mandal Educational officers is invited to the references cited, they are informed that, Bio-Metric System was already implemented in all schools in the District during the academic year 2017'18. Needy equipment was already distributed to all schools for implementation of Bio-Metric system effectively.

                          But, it is came to know that in several schools, staff of the schools are not showing the interest to implement the Bio-Metric System with minor reasons hence, our District is very back in updating of Bio-Metric System.
                           In view of the above, all the Mandal Educational Officers are instructed to give top priority in implementation of Bio-Metric System in all schools without fail. If any slackness in the matter action will be initiated against those persons as per Rules. Further, they are instructed to inform all the Headmasters that the salaries of the staff will be released basing on the Bio-Metric from the month of October -2017. As the Collector & District Magistrate, Guntur is very serious in the matter, the Deputy Educational Officers in the district are requested to see that, Bio-Metric system shall be implemented properly in their divisi,ons.
