On the occasion of MEGA PARENT TEACHER MEETING All the schools observe these points
1) All schools should strictly follow the Thursday Menu Don't trouble the CCHs for extra cookings
2) Any donor wants to donate the food items to the children kindly register them into thidhi bhojan/subhdin bojan portal
3)For parents and guests provide the meals in paper plates and disposable glasses budget will be provided for plates, glasses and water 5/- per Head Students are exceptional this unit cost only for parents and guests
4) Take estimation for meals preparation like
Total students+parents+15% extra
5)Need to update the participants count in the given Google forms by tomorrow (10th July) 2PM
6) Maintain cleanliness in the cooking area
7) CCHs should wear apprones,glouses and caps while cooking and serving MDM
