Dearness Allowance to State Government Employees from 1st July 2018 – Sanctioned – Amendment - Orders Go No.38

Read the following:-
1. G.O.Ms.No.94, Finance (PC&TA) Department, dated:04-11-2020.
2. Representation received from AP Government Employees Association.
In the reference first read above, orders were issued that the employees who are retired from service between 01.07.2018 & 31.12.2020 and in respect of those employees who are due to retire on or before 31st December, 2020 the arrears of Dearness Allowance shall be drawn and paid in cash as the employee due for retirement on superannuation is exempted from making any subscription to the General Provident Fund during the last four months of service.
2. In the reference second cited, the President A.P. Government Employees Association has requested the Government to issue an amendment to para (8) of the G.O.Ms.No.94, Finance (PC&TA) Department, dt:4.11.2020 substituting the words " due to retire on or before 31st December 2020 “with "due to retire on or before 30.06.2021”.
3. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby issued the following amendment to para (8) of the G.O.1st read above.
