The attention of the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordainators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are inviteda to the ref 4 th cited and it is informeda that the clarifcation issued in point 7 of ref 4th cited is modified as follows.
Clarification sought: Whether the Government employed parent can contest as member or not?
Previous clarification: Yes
Revised clarification: NO
2. Hence all the District Edaucational Officers and Additional Project
Coordainators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are instructed to ignore the
earlier clarifcation issued in point 7 of ref 4th cited.
3. Further, the District Edaucation Officers are requested to suspend the
school work in all government schools on 22-9-2021 to facilitate to take up
the elections to the Parents Committees on the same daay. They are also
Requested to ensure SoP for prevention and spread of COVID at the time of
Conducting elections to the PCs.
