GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH  RECRUITMENT FOR VARIOUS CATEGORIES OF POSTS UNDER NATIONAL URBAN HEALTH MISSION, EAST GODAVARI

Notification No.01/2021-22, Dated. 21-09-2021.

1. Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for filling up the following categories of posts under District Programme  Management  Unit (DPMU), National Urban Health Mission (Dr. Y.S.R.Urban Health Clinics /UPHC’s) in the East Godavari District in offline
2. Details of the Post, Number of vacancies notified, Education qualifications and Experience  required  shown  in Annexure-I.The Candidates who applied should submit their original applications from 23-09-2021 to 30-09-2021 in the working hours in working days @ DMHO., EG Kakinada along with requisite documents.
3. Age: 18-42 years as on date of issue of the notification. 5 years’ exemption for S.C., S.T., and B.C. Categories, Physical Handicapped  for 10 years and Ex- service men for up to  15
4. Candidates shall submit their applications (as per the format given at Annexure -II) along with the following documents handover to the DM&HO Office, Kakinada duly attested by the Gazetted Officer of the State / Union government.
5. Copy of SSC Certificate (Proof for Date of Birth)
6. Copy of  Intermediate
7. Copy of Academic / Technical Educational qualifications mentioned incolumn 6, against the Post applied in column 2 of the table in Annexure–I.
8. Copy of Marks Memo’s for qualification mentioned in column No.6, against each of the Post applied in Column 2  in Annexure-I.
9. Study Certificates from IV to X to declare LOCAL/Non-Local Status, other wise  treated as NON-LOCAL
10. In case of SC, ST and BC, Copy of Latest Caste Certificate (within one year) issued by Mandal Revenue Officers concerned, otherwise they will be treated as
11. If the candidate applied for the P.H. Quota –  should  enclosed  latest Disability certificate issued by the Medical Board (SADAREM)
12. Calculation of marks:
    1. 75% Aggregate of marks obtained in all the years in the qualifying examination,
13. Weightage of marks 15% experience in Government service includingcontract/outsourcing service according to O. Ms. No. 163 HM&FW(B1) Dept., dated 12-09-2018 and G.O. Ms. No. 301 HM&FW(B1) Dept., dated 20-06-2020 ie.,
    
    2. @ 5 Marks per six months in Tribal areas,
    3. @ 2.0 marks per Six months in Rural Areas @ 0 Mark per six months in Urban areas.

6. Weightage Up to 10 marks @ 1.0 mark per each completed year since they passed the year of qualifying examination &  after  acquiring requisite
7. Selection will be based on the merit cum roster as per rules in
8. Recruitment process will be conducted by the District Selection
9. If any vacancies arised in due course of recruitment may also be filled up with available merit
10. Recruitment is on contract /Out sourcing basis and initially for period of one
