i)
Applicant candidate must be resident of Kadapa district. ii) Graduation
should be completed in any stream with basic knowledge of computer.
iii) Must be proficient in the local language (e.g. Telegu) with
knowledge of the English language. iv) For PACS-affiliated candidates, intermediate pass with DCRS/HDC/JDC or graduate in any stream.
