ORDER:
The Ministry of Education, Gol, New Delhi has approved the budget under Composite School Grant in PAB 2021-2022 in respect of Elementary, Secondary and Senior Secondary Schools in Andhra Pradesh for an amount of Rs.7987.4 Lakhs for 37729 Elementary schools and Rs.4217.43 Lakhs for 7073 Secondary and Senior Secondary schools based on strength of the schools.
The approved budget details are given below:
Therefore, AP Samagra Shiksha, Amaravati has decided to release the above said Composite School Grant during the year 2021-22 to the concerned Addl. Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha accounts of 13 districts base on the strength to the Elementary, Secondary and Senior Secondary schools of their districts for utilization of the School Grant. The Utilization of the Composite School grants guidelines herewith is enclosed (Annexure - 3).
Under powers vested with the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, Andhra Pradesh, sanction is hereby accorded to release an amount of Rs.12204.83 Lakhs (Rs.7987.4 lakhs (Elementary Level) + Rs.4217.43 Lakhs) (Secondary and Senior Secondary Level) to the Dist Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in 13 districts as per Annexure - 1 & 2 towards Composite School Grant-2021-22 for Elementary. Secondary and Senior Secondary schools.
Therefore, the Finance Controller of this office requested to release an amount of Rs. 12204.83 Lakhs (Rs.7987.4 lakhs (Elementary Level) + Rs.4217.43 Lakhs) (Secondary and Senior Secondary Level) to the Addl. Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in 13 districts as per Annexure - 1 & 2 towards composite School Grant for Elementary, Secondary and Senior Secondary schools.
The said budget should be met from the Quality and Innovation Interventions of Composite School grant intervention for Elementary No.118, and Secondary and Senior Secondary Level intervention No. 119 of PAB 2021-2022. Encl:- Annexure-1.II & III
