All the District Educational Officers and Ex- Officio Project Coordinators & all the Additional Project Coordinators Samagra Shiksha and Principals of DIETS in the State are here by informed that Samagra Shiksha has conducted KRP training on FLN. In continuation to the activity. Level-2 training for School Complex Resource Persons (SCRP) at Divisional level is to be conducted on 04-01-2022 and Level-3 training for Teachers at Mandal level is to be conducted on 05-01-2022 & 06-01-2022.
Therefore District Educational Officers & Ex-Officio Project Coordinators and Additional Project Coordinators Samagra Shiksha and the Principals of DIETS in the State are requested to inform all the Mandal Educational Officers of their respective districts to identify one teacher from each School Complex to act as School Complex Resource Person (SCRPs). All these identified SCRPS from all mandals within the division shall attend one day blended mode of training at their allotted Divisional Headquarters on 04-01-2022.
Hence they are requested to conduct one day training of FLN for all primary teachers who are teaching for classes 1 to 5 at their respective mandal. 50% of the teachers in Mandal shall attend on 05-01-2022 and remaining 50% teachers shall attend training on 06-01-2022.

Divisional and Mandal level FLN Training Guide Lines
- The National Education Policy -2020 stress on the core values and principles that education must develop not only cognitive skills both “ Foundational skills of Literacy and Numeracy skills.
- In this context NIPUN BHARAT - Foundational Literacy and Numeracy Missionswere setup at various levels i.e National, State, District, Mandal and Scholl for achievement of universal acquisition of Foundational Literacy and Numeracyskills at Primary level (Class-III) by 2026-27.
- Level-1 training on FLN two day Key Resource Persons(KRPs) training was completed from 09-12-2021 and 10-12-2021 in their respective DIETs.
- In continuation of the activity remaining two levels of trainings i.e, school complex resource persons training nd primary teachers training need to be completed.
- Level-2 : School complex Resource Persons training at Division Level : From each school complex 1 teacher will be identified as FLN Resource Person.
- All the identified School Complex Resource Persons from each mandal shall attend one day training scheduled on 04-01-2022 at their concerned Divisional head quarter. This training will be conducted on blended model (Online+ Off line).
- The Dy.E.O of the concerned division and local MEO of the divisional head quarter are held responsible to provide facilities for conduct of the divisional level school complex resource persons training.
- The District Educational Officer shall conduct a planning meeting with Dy.E.Os, APC, AMO, DIET principal and local MEO of the divisional head quarter for conduct of the School Complex Resource Persons training.
- 5 DIET faculty and 10 KRPs (Total 15 persons) who trained on FLN will act as resource persons for this school complex resource persons training. These 15 will be equally distributed to all divisions in the district.
- Date of training: 04-01-2022 Time: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Session Plan for Level-2 trainings:
- Level-3 : Teacher training : All primary and Upper Primary school teachers who are teaching classes 1 to 5 shall be trained one day training on the objectives and implementation procedures of FLN. This training will be conducted at mandal level.
- Methodology: Techer training will be conducted at mandal head quarter in 2 spells.
- To avoid closer of schools 50% of teachers working in the mandal will attend on first day of training and the remaining 50% of teachers will be attend on next day of the schedule.
- Training will be given in blended model (Online+ Off line). First 30 minutes of each sessions is online you tube live and remaining time teaches will work on the activities suggested.
- Complex Resource Persons of the concerned mandal will act as Resource Persons. KRPs, DIET faculty and Sectoral officers of SS will guide and monitor the training.
