CIRCULAR

All the HMs/ Principals of the High Schools of all the managements presenting candidates for the SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations, July-2022 are hereby informed that, the Government of Andhra Pradesh has exempted the students from paying the "Examination Fee" of Rs. 110/- (upto 3 subjects) and Rs. 125/- (more than 3 subjects) for the SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations, July-2022, as a one-time measure to reduce the financial stress on the students and to encourage more students to appear for the Advanced Supplementary Examinations, which are going to be conducted from 06-07-2022 to 15-07-2022 throughout the state.

All the HMs/ Principals of the High Schools of all the managements are further informed that, any violation of the orders of the Government and collection of examination fees for the ASE, July-2022 from the students will be viewed very seriously and necessary action will be taken if grievances/ complaints are received from the parents/students regarding the collection of examination fees for the ASE, July-2022 by any school management.

All the HMs/ Principals of the High Schools of all the managements are further informed that, the hall tickets for ASE, July-2022 will be automatically generated for all the students who have failed in the SSC Public Examinations, April-2022 in due course. Separate Applications/ Nominal Rolls need not be submitted in this regard.

All the District Educational Officers are requested to provide wide publicity on the matter to ensure that the examination fee for the ASE, July 2022 is not collected from the students by any school management.
