Sub: School Education Updation of details of SGTs / School Assistants and equivalent cadres working in the State in Teacher Information System - Reg.

The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State are invited to the references read above and they are instructed to inform all the SGT. School Assistants, Headmasters Gr-ll, Mandal Educational Officers and Deputy Inspector of Schools working under their jurisdiction (Govt., ZPP & MPP) to update their information pending if any within next 5 days i.e. up to 16-08 2022 in the Teacher Information System (TIS) failing which their data available in the system will be taken as final and considered for ensuing promotion and transfer counselling to be scheduled as per the instructions of the Government to be issued.
Further, they are informed that, if any technical issues arise on updating details in TIS, the concerned may be informed to contact their ASO/APO in their respective district offices. If the ASO/APO have any issues, they may contact Sri A. Saidulu, in-charge for TIS working in IT Cell, O/o CSE, A.P. for further clarifications.
Any deviation in the following the instructions by any responsible officer will be taken to task for implementing the disciplinary procedures.Download Proceedings
