Absorbed Aided Teachers Seniority from date of joining into MPP ZPP Schools
AMENDMENT TO THE ANDHRA PRADESH SCHOOL EDUCATIONAL SUBORDINATE SERVICE ADHOC RULES FOR THE POSTS OF TEACHERS WORKING IN MANDAL PRAJA PARISHAD AND ZILLA PRAJA PARISHAD SCHOOLS IN ANDHRA PRADESH.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 78 and 99 of the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982 (Act 1 of 1982) and proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby make an amendment to the Andhra Pradesh School Educational Subordinate Service Adhoc Rules for the teachers working in Mandal Praja Parishad and Zilla Praja Parishad Schools, issued in the G.O. second read above.
AMENDMENT
In the said rules, after rule 9, the following shall be added, namely,
"10. As per Rule 35 (i) of Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, the seniority of a member of service, calls or category, who is transferred on his/her own request from one unit of appointment to another unit of appointment shall be fixed with reference to the date of his joining duty in latter unit of appointment. Accordingly, the seniority of teaching staff working in Aided schools at the time of absorption in to Zilla Praja Parishad / Mandal Praja Parishad Schools, their seniority shall be fixed with reference to the date of his/her joining duty in latter unit of appointment i.e., ZPP /MPP managements."
