School Education - Est.III - Request of the President, A.P School Assistant Physical Education Association regarding sanction for notional increments to the PETs upgraded in 2019 on par with the PETs upgraded in the year 2017 - Certain Instructions issued. The President, A.P School Assistant Physical Education Association is hereby informed that Government in G.O.Ms.No.73, dt:08.11.2018 have ordered to fill up all the upgraded posts sanctioned in G.O.Ms.No.144, dt:02.08.2016 by way of promotions from the respective feeder categories in relaxation of Rule 3(iii) of G.O.Ms.No.11. dr:23.01.2009 in respect of Government schools and in relaxation of Rule 3) of GO.Ms.No.12, dt 23.01.2009 in respect of Mandal Parishad and Zilla Parishad Schools, as a One time measure only. Accordingly, PETs were promoted as School Assistant (PT) in the year 2019 and joined in their respective posts.
Hence, the request for sanction of notional seniority on par with the PETS promoted in 2017 is not feasible to consider.
This has got the approval of the Commissioner of the School Education, A.P, Amaravathi
