School Education - Mana Badi Nadu Nedu – Phase II - orientation to be given to all Parent Committees at Mandal level - instructions - Issued - Regarding Circular No:1867532/ MBNN /2022 dt :13/10/2022
The attention of all the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Co-Ordinator's in the A. P State are invited to the subject above .It is proposed to conduct orientation program to Parent committee members once in a Quarter (3 months) towards maintenance of school assets provided under Mana Badi Nadu Nedu, Phase-I Program.
In this context, half day orientation program to the Parent Committees of the Schools should be conducted by the Mandal Educational officer and Mandal Engineer at MRCs situated at Mandal Head Quarter.
The proposed half day orientation on School Maintenance is on the following points:
- Maintenance of the assets created in the school.
- Periodical maintenance of the assets.
- Repairs & Restoration of the assets like Electrical components, building and toilet repairs, water supply components, sanitary components, Furniture, Drinking water systems as and when repairs required.
The following timelines to conduct orientation program are as shown below:
