Sub School Education - Ensuring of subject teachers in the High Schools and required number of teachers in Foundational Schools, Foundational School Plus AP Teachers (Regulation of Transfers) Guidelines, 2022 Several Court Cases filed - Implementation of Orders of the Hon'ble High Court of A.P - Certain instructions issued- Regarding.
In continuation to the instructions issued in ref 1st to 6th cited, all Regional Joint Director of School Education & District Educational Officers in the State is requested to go through the Orders (interim/final) of the Hon'ble High Court of A.P on each W.P and take necessary action strictly as per the orders of the Hon'ble High Court of A.P to avoid further legal complications in the matter.
