The High Court of Andhra Pradesh issued Notification Nos.5 to 13 /2022 on 21.10.2022 inviting applications from the candidates and conducted computer based objective type examination on 20-01-2023 for filling-up 9 posts of Section Officers; 13 posts of Assistant Section Officers; 11 posts of Computer Operators; One post of Overseer; 14 posts of Assistants and 13 posts of Examiners; 16 posts of Typists and 20 posts of Copyists; One post of Assistant Overseer; 8 posts of Drivers and 135 posts of Office Subordinates.
The list of 9 candidates shown in Annexure—I are provisionally selected for the post of Section Officer.
The list of 12 candidates shown in Annexure—II are provisionally selected for the post of Assistant Section Officer. Out of 13 notified posts, one post is unfilled due to non-available in the category of Visually Impaired (Women).
The list of 11 candidates shown in Annexure—III are provisionally selected for the post of Computer Operator.
The list of 1 candidate shown in Annexure—IV is provisionally selected for the post of Overseer.
The list of 27 candidates shown in Annexure—V are provisionally selected for the post of Assistants & Examiner.
The list of 128 candidates shown in Annexure—VI are provisionally qualified for skill test in typing to the post of Typist & Copyist.
The list of 1 candidate shown in Annexure—VII is provisionally selected for the post of Assistant Overseer.
The list of 16 candidates shown in Annexure—VIII are provisionally qualified for skill test in driving to the post of Driver.
The list of 133 candidates shown in Annexure—IX are provisionally selected for the post of Office Subordinates.
The provisionally selected candidates for appointment to the posts of Section Officer, Assistant Section Officer, Computer Operator, Overseer, Assistant & Examiner and Assistant Overseer, shall appear before the Registrar (Administration), High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati on 02.03.2023 for verification of all the original certificates of Educational Qualifications, Caste and concessions claimed by them under Non-Creamy Layer, Economically Weaker Sections, Ex-Servicemen, Physical Disabilities and Sports etc. The downloaded copy of this proceeding shall be produced for the certificate verification. Those candidates who produced all the valid original certificates, then they shall report for duty on or before 14.03.2023 subject to their undertaking on their clear antecedents and their verification.
The provisionally selected candidates for appointment to the post of Office Subordinates shall appear before the Registrar (Administration), High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati on 04.03.2023 for verification of all the original certificates of Educational Qualifications, Caste and concessions claimed by them under Non-Creamy Layer, Economically Weaker Sections, Ex-Servicemen, Physical Disabilities and Sports etc. The downloaded copy of this proceeding shall be produced for the certificate verification. Those candidates who produced all the valid original certificates, they shall submit attestation forms on the same day for verification of their antecedents, those who could clear in the verification of antecedents be processed for reporting for duty.
The provisionally qualified candidates in respect of Typist & Copyist shall appear before the Registrar (Administration), High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati on 06.03.2023 for verification of all the original certificates of Educational Qualifications, Caste and concessions claimed by them under Non-Creamy Layer, Economically Weaker Sections, Ex-Servicemen, Physical Disabilities and Sports etc., and those candidates who produced all the valid original certificates, be allowed for skill test in Typing. The result of the combined merit will be declared on or before 14.03.2023.
The provisionally qualified candidates in respect of Driver shall appear before the Registrar (Administration), High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati on 03.03.2023 for verification of all the original certificates of Educational Qualifications, Caste and concessions claimed by them under Non-Creamy Layer, Economically Weaker Sections, Ex-Servicemen, Physical Disabilities and Sports etc. Those candidates who produced all the valid original certificates will be allowed to appear before the Regional Transport Officer, Guntur for skill test in Driving on 06.03.2023. The result will be declared on or before 14.03.2023.
If any provisionally selected candidate is not joined in the selected post within the stipulated time, the next meritorious candidate will be considered for provisional selection in the respective category of post.
