1. The High Court of Andhra Pradesh issued notifications vide Notification 1/2022 to 10/2022, dated 21.10.2022 and invited online applications to fill up vacant posts of Non Technical posts viz., Junior Assistant, Field Assistant, Examiner, Record Assistant, Process Server and Office Subordinate (Attender), and Technical Posts viz., Stenographer Grade-III, Typist, Copyist and Driver (Light Vehicle) in the Judicial districts of Andhra Pradesh. Online examinations were conducted from 21.12.2022 to 02.01.2023. The response sheet and key were published on 04.01.2023.
2. After considering various parameters as mentioned in the notification, the following candidates of non-technical posts viz., Junior Assistant, Field Assistant, Examiner, Record Assistant, Process Server and Office Subordinate (Attender) vide Annexure-I to Annexure- VI are found to have become eligible for provisional selection.
3. So far as technical posts viz., Stenographer Grade-III, Typist, Copyist and Driver (Light Vehicle) are concerned the candidates are being called at 1:3 ratio for skill test. Annexure VII to X contain the name of the eligible candidates for skill test. (The dates of the Skill Test would be announced later).
4. The results of the provisionally selected candidates are being declared subject to verification of documents and antecedents. If the antecedents of the candidates are found to be adverse, such candidates will be removed or dismissed from service without serving any notice.
5. The List of the Meritorious Sports Person Category candidates, who secured eligible marks for consideration under that Category, will be sent, along with the documents/certificates, to the Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh (SAAP). After obtaining the eligible Meritorious Sports Persons candidates list from the SAAP, the posts under this category would be filled up. If the candidate is already selected in Open Category, such candidate will be considered as an OC candidate irrespective of his/her sports background, however, such selection is subject to age and other parameters.
6. It is found that many candidates have opted for several Posts in Several Districts and some of them in fact got selected for several posts in several Such candidates have to choose their post and Dist. After joining that post the candidates will be permitted to change from that post to any other post only once in the event of being selected to another post.
7. 20% of the Posts are reserved for Non-Locals of the Dist. If the candidates under the non-local category exceed 20% quota, the least marks secured non-local candidate is replaced with the next meritorious local candidate.
8. The candidates who are provisionally selected under the `ECONOMICALLY WEAKER SECTION CATEGORY' have to produce the latest EWS certificate as per the notification issued by the officer not below the rank of Tahsildar of the Mandal concerned.
9. The B.0 candidates who are selected under the O.0 category shall produce their CASTE CERTIFICATE issued by the officer not below the rank of Tahsildar of the Mandal concerned at the time of verification of the documents.
10. The B.0 candidates who are selected under the B.0 category shall produce NON-CREAMY LAYER CERTIFICATE SO ALSO THEIR CASTE CERTIFICATE issued by the officer not below the rank of Tahsildar of the Mandal concerned at the time of verification of the documents.
11. It has been mentioned in the Notification itself that care must be taken at the time of uploading document that once your application is submitted, under no circumstances the candidate will be permitted to edit the application. The candidates will not be permitted to produce documents which are contrary to the documents submitted earlier. The candidates under no circumstance will be permitted to switch over from one community category to another saying that they have recently secured EWS certificate, Creamy Layer certificate or Sports Certificate.
12. The qualification for the post of OFFICE SUB-ORDINATE is 7^th Pass and Intermediate fail. The candidates who are selected for the post of OFFICE SUB­ORDINATE (Attender) shall produce Original TC (7^th pass, 10^th pass or fail or Intermediate or equivalent exam fail TC) at the time of verification. If the selected candidate for the post of OFFICE SUB-ORDINATE, are later found to have possessed more qualification than what is asked for in the notification, during police verification or otherwise, such candidates will be summarily removed from the post besides launching criminal prosecution and next meritorious candidate will be considered.
13. Since several candidates opted for various posts in several dist and they have to choose a post in a Dist, the other posts in other dist would remain Hence a Second Eligible List would be published in due course after obtaining the data from the Dist courts. In the event of necessity, the Third eligible list would also be published.
14. The unsuccessful candidates can view and download the marks of both pre and post normalization of the question papers. A separate link will be provided to the candidates in this regard.
15. Verification of documents is only for non-technical posts and it would be commenced from dt 10.04.2023 to dt. 24.4.2023
