School Education Urdu Medium Schools changing of school timings during the period of RAMZAN from 24.03.2023 to 22.04.2023 from 8.00 AM to 1.30 PM - Certain Instructions - Regarding Memo.No.ESE02/324/2023-TB SEC-CSE, dt. 23/03/2023
Ref:-Representations given by various teacher unions during the meeting by Hon'ble Minister on 20.03.2023.
All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State are informed that, various teacher unions have represented about changing of the school hours in Urdu Medium schools in the state during the RAMZAN period.
Therefore, after examining the requests, the Regional Joint Directors of School Education / District Educational Officers in the State are directed to issue necessary instructions to the Urdu Medium Primary, Upper Primary, High Schools, Urdu medium parallel sections and Urdu Medium DIETS in the State, under their control to maintain the school hours from 8.00 AM to 1.30 PM during the Ramzan period from 24.03.2023 to 22.04.2023.
These instructions are applicable to the above said schools only. The above change of timing shall not effect the schedule of SSC Public Examinations or other exams already scheduled for other classes in the State.
