ఏపీలో ఎండోమెంట్స్ సబ్ సర్వీసులో ఎగ్జిక్యూటివ్ ఆఫీసర్ (EO) గ్రేడ్-3 పోస్టుల భర్తీకి నిర్వహించిన మెయిన్స్ పరీక్ష ఫలితాలు విడుదలయ్యాయి. ఫలితాలతో పాటు ఈ పరీక్ష తుది కీని ఏపీపీఎస్సీ బుధవారం విడుదల చేసింది. రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా ఫిబ్రవరి 17న సీబీటీ విధానంలో ఈ పరీక్షను నిర్వహించిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. మెయిన్స్లో అర్హత సాధించిన అభ్యర్థుల ధ్రువపత్రాలను ఈ నెల 26న ఉదయం 10గంటలకు విజయవాడలోని ఏపీపీఎస్సీ కార్యాలయంలో పరిశీలించనున్నట్టు ఏపీపీఎస్సీ కార్యదర్శి ఓ ప్రకటనలో తెలిపారు. అభ్యర్థులు ఏయే సర్టిఫికెట్లు తీసుకురావాలో ఆ నోట్లో పేర్కొన్నారు. ఎవరైనా వెరిఫికేషన్కు హాజరుకాకపోతే మెరిట్ జాబితాలో తదుపరి అభ్యర్థికి అవకాశం కల్పించనున్నారు. ఫలితాలతో పాటు వెరిఫికేషన్ కు ఏయే సర్టిఫికెట్లు తీసుకెళ్లాలో చివరలో ఇచ్హిన లింక్ పై క్లిక్ చెసి తెలుసుకోవచ్చు.
It is hereby notified that, based on the merit in the Written On-line (CBT) Main Examination held on 17/02/2023 FN & AN for recruitment to the post of Executive Officer Grade-III in A.P. Endowments Sub-Service vide Notification No.24/2021, dated 28/12/2021, the candidates with the following Registered Numbers have been provisionally admitted for verification of Original Certificates. The verification of Original Certificates is to be held on 26/04/2023 at 10.00 A.M. in the O/o A.P.P.S.C., New HODs Building, 2nd Floor, M.G. Road, Opp. Indira Gandhi Municipal stadium, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh-520010. Out of the following list, if required candidate do not turn up for verification of Original Certificates in any category, candidate next in merit list will be called.
The candidates who are provisionally qualified for certificate verification are required to produce the following Original Certificates at the time of certificate verification.
i) Age(SSC),
ii) Proof of age relaxation,
iii) Educational Qualifications,
iv) Study Certificates (from IV to X class),
v) Integrated Community Certificate in case of reserved candidates.
vi) Non-creamy layer certificate in case of B.Cs from Revenue Authorities (As per G.O. Ms. No.3, Backward Classes Welfare (C-2) Department, Dt: 04-04- 2006 and G.O.Ms.No.26, BC Welfare (C) Dept., Dt:09-12-2013 who claim reservation under BC Community.
vii) Migration certificates for candidates who migrated from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh.
viii) P.H. certificate in case of disabled candidates. In case of failure to produce any of the certificates, they will not be treated as eligible with reference to the particulars furnished by him/her in the Online Application Form / Certificates. The candidature of such candidate(s) shall not be considered in the process of selection. The Commission has the right to disqualify any candidate, if he/she is not found eligible for any reason.
The qualified Candidates are directed to download the call letter/Memo, Check lists and Attestation forms from the Commission’s website: https://psc.ap.gov.in. and submit all the certificates and forms in duplicate (2 sets). The individual Memo’s will be sent to the candidates separately. In case He/She has not received the individual Memo, he/she may also attend original certificates verification with all necessary documents on 26/04/2023. 4. All the Disabled candidates (PH) have to undergo Medical Examination at Government General Hospital- Medical Board, Guntur.
