1. The results declared for the SSC Public Examinations, April-2023 and the Marks & Divisions secured by the candidates for awarding the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) by the Board of Secondary Education, A.P., are provisional in nature.

2. The SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations, 2023 are scheduled to be conducted from 02-06-2023 to 10-06-2023.

3. The detailed timetable of the SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations, 2023 will be announced in due course. The Failed Candidates who wish to appear for the SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations, 2023 are advised to remit the Examination Fee as per the following Due Dates without waiting for the results of recounting and Re - Verification:

4. The Memorandum of Subject-wise Performance will be hosted on the Official Website www.bse.ap.gov.in four (4) days after the publication of Results to facilitate candidates’ admission into First Year Intermediate Courses without any difficulty.

5. The SSC Certificates will be awarded to all the Passed candidates in due course and will be dispatched to the concerned Schools.

6. The Extracted Nominal Roll of the Failed Candidates of SSC Public Examinations, April-2023 will be hosted on the Official Website www.bse.ap.gov.in from 07-05-2023.

7. The results of Certain Candidates may be withheld for want of certain information from the school/ camp/ Center etc, if necessary. The results of all such candidates will be finalized and released shortly

AP SSC 2023 SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMS FEE :

1. Fee for up to 3 subjects is Rs.110/

2. Fee more than 3 Subjects is Rs. 125/

3. Online Applications link will be available in www.bsc.ap.gov.in website.

b. The candidates who wish to apply for “Re verification cum supply of Photocopy of the Answer Scripts” shall remit an amount of Rs.1000/- Per Subject through CFMS Citizen Challan (www.cfms.ap.gov.in) on or before 13-05-2023.

c. The Candidates who wish to apply for “Re verification cum supply of Photocopy of the Answer Scripts” of a particular subject NEED NOT apply for the “Recounting” of the that subject only.

d. Payments made in any other mode such as Cash, Demand Drafts shall not be accepted. Only the CFMS Citizen Challans shall be accepted. Separate Challan shall be taken for each Candidate.

e. The Candidates who have paid the required fee through CFMS Challan shall submit the following documents in their concerned District Office of the District Educational Officer.

i. Fully filled & Signed Re- verification/ Recounting Application Form which is available on the Official Website www.bse.ap.gov.in. The Application form is also available at the counters in the O/o DEO in the concerned District Headquarters.
ii. Photocopy of the Hall Ticket duly countersigned by the Concerned HM.
iii. CFMS Citizen Challan for the required amount obtained on the Name of the Candidate.

f. The filled in application forms along with the above documents will be accepted at the designated counters at the O/o DEOs in the District Headquarters only.

g. The Applications sent by Post to the O/o DGE, A.P (Board of Secondary Education, A.P.) will not be accepted.

h. Revised Memorandum of Marks will be issued in cases of change of Marks and Total only.

i. The provision of Re-verification includes the following:
i. Re-Counting the marks awarded.
ii. Verifying whether the marks are awarded to all the written answers or not.
iii. Valuation of the Written Answers for which the marks are not awarded earlier.
iv. “Re-Verification” does not refer to “Re-Correction” and the appeals for re-correction of the answer scripts or certain answers shall not be considered.

9. Subject wise Memorandum of Marks will be hosted on the website www.bse.ap.gov.in, four (4) days after the announcement of results in the concerned HM Login.
10. The Head Master can download the School wise Memorandum of Marks and individual short memos from the concerned School Login.
11. The Individual students can also download the Marks Memo of their performance from the official website results.bse.ap.gov.in directly.

Procedure for AP SSC 10th Reverification of Answer Scripts 2023

The important instructions for SSC 10th Reverification of Answer Scripts is given below.

1. The candidate has to submit his/ her application duly forwarded by the Headmaster of the school concerned duly getting the photo attested.
2. Application format is kept in the website www.bse.ap.gov.in
3. The prescribed fee for each subject is Rs.1000/-
4. The application should be submitted directly at Counters Constituted at designated points to be announced by the District Educational Officers concerned at District Headquarters
5. Need not apply for Recounting of marks, if applied for supply of Photostat copy of valued answerscript.
6. Candidates need not to send physical application for re-verification of answer scripts to the O/o Director of Government Examinations, Vijayawada.
7. Enclose Xerox copy of Hall Ticket, Dummy Memo of marks, if not, the application will be summarily rejected.
8. Fee paid once will not be refunded under any circumstances.
9. Applications sending by post/courier service will NOT BE ACCEPTED.
10. Fee paid by way of drawing Demand Drafts and Bankers Cheques will NOT BE ACCEPTED.
11. The appeal for undervaluation or over valuation shall not be considered under any circumstances.
12. The Xerox copy of the valued answer script will be sent to the candidate after re-verification.
13. Enclose One Self-addressed envelope of 12 X 9 ½ (book size) and another cover of 10 X 4 ½ with the address of the Head master concerned without affixing postal stamps.
14. The e-Payment/ Manual Payment through Challan Reference form have to be paid by the individual candidate only and group e-Payment/ Manual Payment through Challan Reference form will not be accepted.

Provisions included in SSC 10th Re-verification of APPLICATION Form

1) Re-totaling
2) Whether marks for all answers are posted or not.
3) Re-verification as per the Principles of valuation for only those answers which are unvalued. Unvalued answers will be valued and marks will be awarded.

If any reduction in the already awarded marks is noticed, it will be communicated to the candidate with an instruction to surrender/return the original certificate to facilitate issue of the revised certificate with the reduced marks.

The marks will be revised in the permanent Record of the office. If the candidate concerned fails to comply with the instruction in returning the memo, he has to face the consequences if his certificate referred for verification at a later date.

The Department is not responsible for the action of the candidate.

How to Pay Fee for Reverification of AP SSC 10th Papers

Procedure to pay through e-Payment / Payment in SBI through Challan Reference Form

1. Visit website: https://cfms.ap.gov.in
2. Go to Citizen Services and click on Receipts Links and then click on Citizen Challan
3. Select Department as ESE03 – Government Examinations Department.
4. Select Service as 1049 (Reverification and issue of Xerox copy of Valued Answer Script to SSC candidates)
5. The DDO code will automatically be displayed as "27000303001".
6. Click on Submit
7. Fill the Details of Purpose, Remitter Name, Remitter ID, Address, Mobile No., E-Mail ID, Amount in Rs., etc.
8. Select any one of the option Manual Payment/ e-Payment

Option 1 : e-Payment
a. If e-Payment is selected then click on submit
b. Select any one of the payment gateway option SBI/ PayU Money
c. Choose appropriate payment option i.e. Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net banking.
d. Pay the amount and take the printout of the Acknowledgement

Option 2 : Manual Payment
a. If Manual Payment is selected then click on submit
b. It will show CFMS Transaction ID, Total amount, Bank Reference No., Bank Status
c. Click on Print
d. It will generate Challan Reference Form and take print out of the same and pay the amount in SBI.

b. The candidates who wish to apply for “Re verification cum supply of Photocopy of the Answer Scripts” shall remit an amount of Rs.1000/- Per Subject through CFMS Citizen Challan (www.cfms.ap.gov.in) on or before 13-05-2023.

c. The Candidates who wish to apply for “Re verification cum supply of Photocopy of the Answer Scripts” of a particular subject NEED NOT apply for the “Recounting” of the that subject only.

12. MIGRATION CERTIFICATE:

The Candidates who have applied for the Migration Certificate at the time of submission of examination application and fees may approach the Concerned HM to obtain the Digitally Signed Migration Certificate which will be hosted on the Official Website www.bse.ap.gov.in, four (4) days after the announcement of the results.
The Head Master shall download the Digitally Signed Migration Certificate which is available in Color PDF Format and shall handover the same to all the applied Candidates along with the Subject Wise Marks Memorandum without fail.

13. The Original SSC Pass Certificates with Subject wise Marks shall be sent to all the schools in due course. The HM Concerned shall handover the original SSC Certificate to the student by duly affixing their Signature on the Certificate.
