Objectives of TOEFL:
TOEFL measures the skills of Reading, Listening & Speaking proficiency designed for the young students at the beginning stages of learning to acquire good communication skills in English. TOEFL Primary Level is for 3,4 & 5 classes. TOEFL Junior Level is for 6,7,8 & 9 classes.
Features of TOEFL:
The TOEFL has four sections: reading, listening, speaking, and writing. On the reading section, you'll answer between 36 and 56 questions in 60-80 minutes. On the listening, you'll get between 34 and 51 questions in 60-90 minutes. After the listening, you'll get a mandatory ten-minute break.
The government has thus implemented the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) training at school level itself for the students. He observed that TOEFL not only accelerates English learning, but also equips students with internationally recognised proficiency in the language.
The School Education Department is included a separate period for TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) in order to upscale the English-speaking skills of students in government.
The students from 6th class to 9th class in our school effectively participating in all kind of TOEFL activities.
