The main objective of the Eklavya Model Residential School (EMRS) is to ensure tribal students get access to quality education in remote tribal areas. EMRS Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

Candidates will be selected for the EMRS Recruitment 2025 on the basis of their performance in the written test. Those candidates who clear the written exam will be called to appear for an interview round. The final merit list will be based on the score in the written test and interview.

• Tier I – Preliminary Examination: The first stage of the recruitment process will be conducted to shortlist candidates for the Tier 2 exam. The Tier 1 exam is qualifying in nature.
• Tier II – Subject Knowledge Examination: Candidates who qualify in Tier I will appear for this stage, which will assess their subject-specific knowledge in detail. The Tier 2 exam will be held for a total of 100 marks.
• Personal Interaction / Interview: The final stage will involve a personal interaction or interview round to evaluate the candidate’s overall suitability for the post. The interview process will include a total of 40 marks.

EMRS Teacher Exam Pattern 2025

Those candidates who are interested in applying for the EMRS Teacher posts should know the exam pattern. The exam pattern includes the subjects, parts, number of questions, number of marks, and time duration.

EMRS Exam Pattern for PGT and TGT

The EMRS Exam syllabus for PGT and TGT consists of 6 parts, namely General Awareness, Reasoning Ability, Knowledge of ICT, and Teaching Aptitude, Domain Knowledge, and Language Competency Test (General English and General Hindi-10 marks each subject).

Those candidates who will be selected for the teacher posts will get the salary as per the post. Candidates who will be selected for Post Graduate Teachers (PGT) will get a salary of Rs. 47600/- to Rs. 151100/- under Level 8.
