Login Instruction’s
School User :
User Name : Your 11 digit UDISE code is a user name and password. If you have registered in old PMS than there is no change in school user name and password , it was same as old PMS password
State User :
The user login have been divided into 3 part :
Upto Class VIII : State will use the following user name to enter the Physical and Financial Progress for the component approved till class VIII
User Name : “U1” + State Code (e.g. For Jammu & Kashmir State Code is “01” so the user name will be
“U101”
Upto Class XII : State will use the following user name to enter the Physical and Financial Progress for the component approved till class VIII
User Name : “U2” + State Code (e.g. For Jammu & Kashmir State Code is “01” so the user name will be
“U201”
Teacher Education : State will use the following user name to enter the Physical and Financial Progress for the component approved till class VIII
User Name : “U3” + State Code (e.g. For Jammu & Kashmir State Code is “01” so the user name will be
“U301”
Password : The password will be state code, at first login it will ask to change the password
Freezing Password : The default freezing password will be “ST”+ <the new user name> (e.g. if the new user name is “U101” than the password will be “STU101”
District User :
The user login have been divided into 3 part :
Upto Class VIII : State will use the following user name to enter the Physical and Financial Progress for the component approved till class VIII
User Name : “U1” + District Code (e.g. For Jhansi district of state Uttar Pradesh is “0936” so the user name will be “U10936”
Upto Class XII : State will use the following user name to enter the Physical and Financial Progress for the component approved till class VIII
User Name : “U2” + District Code (e.g. For Jhansi district of state Uttar Pradesh is “0936” so the user name will be “U20936”
Teacher Education : State will use the following user name to enter the Physical and Financial Progress for the component approved till class VIII
User Name : “U3” + District Code (e.g. For Jhansi district of state Uttar Pradesh is “0936” so the user name will be “U30936”
Password : The password will be same as old PMS password or the default password is 4 digit District code of concern district
Block User :
User Name : Your 6 digit Block code is a user name and password . The block code can be known after fetching the First Six Character of UDISE code of any school.
