Sub: School Education -SSC - instructions while preparing nominal rolls of X class students - Regarding.
The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to instruct all the Headmasters of all managements to verify the school records before entering the student details i e, surname, name of the candidate, date of birth, father name and mother name & surname of the mother while preparing the nominal rolls of the 10th class students.
Further, they are also requested to obtain the declaration from the parents and students regarding student details of surname, name of the candidate, date of birth, father name and mother name & surname of the mother to avoid corrections in the SSC.
Hence, requested to verify all the details of the students while preparing nominal rolls by the concerned Headmasters.
